The real estate developer Halter AG based in the canton of Zurich is reorganizing its management structure. Over the past 10 years, an ecosystem of sister companies offering diverse construction and real estate services has grown up around the business. Accordingly, development within the management structure is required, writes a company statement. As a “silent” holding company, Halter Holding has hardly ever appeared in public.
Going forward, the company itself will increasingly appear in the market. The construction and real estate industry's path to a circular economy can only be successfully implemented with integrated value creation processes and cooperation in planning, execution and operation, it writes. This is connected to the use of digitization and digital technologies.
Within the organizational development, there will be personnel changes as of 1 January 2024. According to the statement, Maik Neuhaus will take over from Markus Mettler as CEO of Halter AG. Mettler will become Chairman of the Board of Directors of Halter AG and Delegate of the Board of Directors of Halter Group. Balz Halter remains Chairman of the Board of Directors of Halter Group. Alexandra Stamou joins the Board of Directors of Halter AG and becomes Head of Innovation and Product Management of Halter Group.
Halter AG's Global Services, which is the largest business unit with more than 200 employees, will be divided. As of January 2024, there will be Halter Global Services for German-speaking Switzerland and Halter Global Services for Western Switzerland. The new Managing Directors will be Diego Frey for German-speaking Switzerland and Fréderic Boy for French-speaking Switzerland. The pair will form part of the Halter AG management team. ce/gba
