Carole Eggenberger
Carole Eggenberger has a broad experience in finance and administration management in both private and public sectors in Switzerland and abroad. In addition, she worked many years for the International Committee of the Red Cross ICRC as well as for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC. She was chief of finance, human resources and administration in several African and South Asian countries and, in the end, staff officer of the Eastern Europe and Central Asia department based in Bern.
Mrs. Eggenberger has a MSc in Management - Business Administration, degree obtained from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales, HEC Lausanne, and has CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) in public policy assessment and local policy, both from the Institut de Hautes Etudes en Administration Publique (idheap-UNIL).
