Description:
The mandate consisted in the elaboration of a preliminary concept plan for a new development area of about 8 km2 size in the new urban area of Azhen-Yijinhuoluo Qi in the city of Ordos (Inner Mongolia), which will be mainly used for residential, commercial and certain recreational purposes. The concept will lay out the planned uses in most optimal and sustainability driven form, based upon a detailed GIS-based study of the area and available opportunities.
